Syft Analytics costs $23 a month on its Standard plan, $47 a month on Plus and $95 a month on Advanced, in US dollars, read from Syft's own pricing page on 25 September 2026. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day trial that needs no credit card, and there is a free Basic plan limited to dashboards and graphs. The detail most buyers miss: GAAP and IFRS formatted financial statements start on Plus, not on Standard.
That last point changes the real entry price for anyone buying Syft to produce statements for an owner, a lender or a board. Below is what each tier includes, why the numbers on review sites do not match Syft's page, how the bill grows with entities, and what a reporting-only buyer pays elsewhere for the same monthly job.
Syft pricing plan by plan
| Plan | Price | What it adds | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $0 | Dashboards and graphs, unlimited users, Syft Campus | An owner who wants to look at charts, not send reports |
| Standard | $23/mo | Financial reports, automated commentary, budgets, cash flow forecasting, consolidation of unlimited entities with eliminations, live chat support | A single business that wants management reports in its own format |
| Plus | $47/mo | IFRS and GAAP financial statements, style library and bespoke themes, multi-currency, driver-based modelling, integrated financials, industry benchmarking, a dedicated customer success manager | Businesses and firms that need formal statements and a forecast |
| Advanced | $95/mo | ERP data sources, consolidate consolidations, segment by division, dynamic ledger tables, conditional formatting, tailored onboarding | Groups with an ERP or a layered corporate structure |
Every plan includes unlimited team users and unlimited external users, SSO, role creation and SOC 2 and GDPR reports, so Syft does not charge by the seat. Syft Assist, its AI feature, appears on all three paid plans, with "unlimited insights" on Plus and "deeper insights" on Advanced. The page lists exports to PDF, Excel and Word, and a Spreadsheet Link for Excel and Google Sheets, on every paid tier.
The first line above the plans reads "More than 10 entities? Contact us", so a group or a firm past ten entities gets a quote rather than a list price.
Why GAAP statements put the real starting price at $47
Syft's comparison table ticks "Financial reports" on Standard but leaves "IFRS and GAAP Financial statements" blank until Plus. In practice Standard gives you management reports: a P&L, a balance sheet and custom layouts that look good in a monthly pack. If the reader is a bank credit officer, a board with an outside director, or an investor who expects statements in a recognizable GAAP presentation, you are on Plus.
So for the buyer who is mainly after finished statements, the honest comparison is $47 a month, or $564 a year, for one business. Standard at $23 is a fair price for internal dashboards and a management P&L, and plenty of owners never need more.
How Syft pricing scales with entities
Syft's pricing page sorts its connections into two groups. Accounting systems and spreadsheets (and, on Advanced, ERPs) are listed as paid data sources. Consolidations, ecommerce and payments, non-financial data, payroll and bank feeds are listed as free data sources. Read together with the per-month price on each plan card, the practical model is that each accounting file you connect is what you pay for, while everything you layer on top of it is included.
Syft's page does not print a per-entity table, and past ten entities it asks you to talk to sales. If you run a group of companies, get the answer to one question in writing before you commit: is a five-company consolidation billed as one subscription or five? The difference at Plus is $47 against $235 a month.
| Entities connected | Standard | Plus | Advanced |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $23/mo ($276/yr) | $47/mo ($564/yr) | $95/mo ($1,140/yr) |
| 3 | $69/mo | $141/mo | $285/mo |
| 5 | $115/mo | $235/mo | $475/mo |
| 10 | $230/mo | $470/mo | $950/mo |

Why the Syft prices on review sites do not match
Search for Syft Analytics pricing and you will see three different sets of numbers. Syft's own page shows $23, $47 and $95. Several directory write-ups quote $19, $39 and $79 for the same three tiers, and some quote "unlimited" plans running from $125 to $799 a month. None of those older figures appears on Syft's pricing page today, so treat them as an earlier price list that the directories never updated.
Currency is the other trap. Syft has a currency selector on its pricing page and publishes regional pages, so a figure copied from a UK, Australian or South African listing may not be in dollars at all. The only number worth putting in a budget is the one on syftanalytics.com with USD selected, or a written quote.
Is Syft owned by Xero, and does that change the price?
Yes. Xero announced the acquisition of Syft in September 2024 for up to US$70 million and completed it by the end of that year, and the Syft logo now carries a "from Xero" mark. Xero said Syft would stay available as a standalone product for businesses and accountants on any accounting system, and the pricing page still sells it that way. Xero has also started putting Syft-powered analytics inside Xero itself.
For a US buyer on QuickBooks Online this matters less than it sounds. Syft still lists QuickBooks Online as a source, and the standalone list prices above are what you pay. A Xero customer should check whether the analytics already inside their Xero plan cover the job before paying for Syft on top.
What Syft costs compared with other reporting tools
| Tool | Entry price | What it scales on | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Syft Analytics | $23/mo, GAAP statements from $47 | Plan tier and entities, quote past 10 | 25 Sep 2026 |
| AIStatements | $39/mo billed yearly, $49 monthly | Companies: 1, 5 or 25 | 25 Sep 2026 |
| Joiin | From $28/mo for one company | Company count, unlimited users | 18 Sep 2026 |
| Reach Reporting | $149/mo for one data connection | Data connections, unlimited users | 18 Sep 2026 |
| Calxa | $174/mo for one organization | Organizations, unlimited users | 22 Sep 2026 |
| LiveFlow | Quote only | Entities (per directories) | 22 Sep 2026 |
On one business, Syft Standard is the cheapest paid option in this list, and Syft Plus at $47 sits close to AIStatements at $39 to $49. The difference is in what you get for it. Syft is a dashboard, forecasting and consolidation platform, and it is good at those jobs; the Syft Analytics alternatives comparison goes through where it wins. Reach, Calxa and LiveFlow are priced for heavier reporting or planning work, as the Reach Reporting pricing and LiveFlow pricing breakdowns show.
Is Syft worth it?
Syft is worth it when someone will actually use the forecasting and the dashboards. A business owner who opens a KPI view every week, a controller running a three-entity consolidation with eliminations, or a firm that meets advisory clients monthly to review budget against actual all get a lot of product for $47 to $95 a month. The valuation tool is a nice extra for owners curious about what the business is worth; when that question turns serious, for a sale, a buy-in or an estate plan, most owners want a dedicated business valuation built from normalized earnings and market multiples rather than a dashboard widget.
It is more than the job needs when the deliverable is the statements themselves. If what goes to the owner, the bank or the board each month is a P&L, a balance sheet and a cash flow statement that tie, with a paragraph explaining what changed, you are paying for a dashboard platform to use one corner of it, and you still write the explanation yourself.
That job is what AIStatements does. You upload a QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, CSV or trial balance export, and it returns the three statements, tied out (net income into retained earnings, ending cash matching the balance sheet), with the analysis written in plain English and odd lines flagged, as a PDF and an Excel workbook in about a minute. QuickBooks Desktop files and trial balances from other systems work because there is no live connection to set up. Syft's consolidation help page does not list QuickBooks Desktop among its sources.
Starter is $39 a month billed yearly or $49 month to month for one company. Growth is $99 or $119 for five companies with quarterly, trailing-twelve-month and board-deck views. Firm is $289 or $349 for up to 25 client companies with preparer and reviewer sign-off and white-label packs. Full details are on the pricing page, and the monthly deliverable is laid out on monthly financial reporting package. The upload tool at the top of this page runs one of your own files.
